The sterilization-grade pleated high-performance PTFE membrane filter PT N-type filter element maximizes filtration performance, stability, and durability against chemicals even under harsh process conditions. The hydrophobic media PTFE filter material, equipped with a porous membrane structure, maintains high flow rates and continues to exhibit high absorbency. The thermally welded end caps and PTFE membrane provide maximum durability against chemicals. This exceptionally durable design maintains consistent porous membrane performance while retaining contaminants without allowing them to pass through. All components meet the EU and US requirements for food contact use in accordance with CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) Title 21 and 1935/2004/EC. The filter element is manufactured according to production requirements, ensuring no leaching of the filter material, is non-fiber releasing, and is also thermally welded. - Excellent material resistance to irritating gases, etc. - Hydrophobic PTFE membrane - Sterilization grade of 0.2 µm - Biologically inert - Approved for food contact use (CFR Title 21 & 1935/2004/EC)

By using a membrane-type reinforced PTFE filter, we achieve a one-stop simple filtration process without the use of filtration aids!

The membrane-type reinforced PTFE filter provided by Profilco eliminates seams at the filter adhesive joints through seamless submicron filter technology, allowing for the reduction of pre-coating and body feed processes without the use of filtration aids. Since there is no need to maintain high pressure within the filter tank using an open-top design, there is no requirement for high-pressure tanks or high-pressure generating devices. Back pulsing can easily detach the cake from the filter candle by reversing the flow of purified water, which is held above by its own weight.
